We are a fully equipped studio with all the apparatus designed by Joseph Pilates, including the reformer, Cadillac, a variety of chairs, spine corrector, among others. This allows us to offer Joseph's method with a systematic approach and a dedication to high quality. All the apparatus in our studio is sourced from Gratz Industries, the original manufacturer of Joseph Pilates' designs, ensuring fidelity to his original vision. We maintain strict standards when selecting our equipment because any alterations in the equipment's dimensions, shapes, or spring tensions can fundamentally change the biomechanics of the exercises, often unintentionally deviating from their original purpose.
